Terms of Service
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mrtc.me, the MR.TC AI Mastermind membership, and all related content, coaching, community spaces, and materials (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or purchasing a membership you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
MR.TC AI Mastermind ("we", "us", "our") operates the Service at mrtc.me. You can contact us at any time at sup@mrtc.me.
2. What the Service is
The Service is a paid membership giving access to an AI business incubator: AI business guides and blueprints, live build visibility, weekly build-along sessions and coaching calls, automation frameworks and prompt libraries, and a private community of builders. The exact materials available depend on the tier you purchase and evolve over time as the incubator grows.
3. Membership tiers and pricing
- Starter Lab — $1 USD per month. Access to select community discussions and updates, starter resources and AI workflow previews, and early notifications for new releases and events.
- Builder's Circle — $7 USD per month. Full access to the MR.TC Blueprint Library, weekly build-along sessions and coaching calls, advanced automation frameworks and prompts, priority feedback and collaboration pods, and access to the private builder community.
- Mastermind Track — $27 USD per month. Everything in Builder's Circle, plus private mastermind sessions with MR.TC, custom AI system builds and audits, early access to experimental tools and drops, and concierge support.
All prices are stated and charged in US dollars. We may change prices in future; if we do, we will give you advance notice and the change will never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
4. Billing, renewals, and the Merchant of Record
Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Creem handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, and receipts, and your payment is also subject to Creem's terms and policies. By subscribing you authorise the payment method you provide to be charged the price of your selected tier, and you agree that card details are collected and stored by our payment provider and not by us.
Memberships are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. We will charge your payment method at the start of each billing period at the then-current price for your tier.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account area or by emailing sup@mrtc.me. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. Cancelling is not the same as a refund.
6. Refunds
Subscriptions are billed monthly and are generally non-refundable, including for periods that are partly used or unused. If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a cancellation you completed — contact us at sup@mrtc.me within 14 days and we will review it and issue a refund where it is warranted. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable statutory refund right you may have under the consumer law that applies to you.
7. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase a membership. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Do not share access to paid content or community spaces with anyone who does not hold their own membership.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, republish, resell, or redistribute paid materials, frameworks, or recordings without our written permission.
- Share your account credentials or give non-members access to the community.
- Use the Service to harass other members, or to post unlawful, hateful, or deceptive content.
- Spam, scrape, or send unsolicited promotions to other members.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate a membership that breaches these Terms. Where a termination is for a serious breach, access may end immediately without a refund.
9. Community conduct
The community exists so builders can work in the open. You keep ownership of what you post, but you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Service. Be direct, be useful, and do not treat the community as an audience for your own offers without permission.
10. Intellectual property
All guides, blueprints, frameworks, prompt libraries, recordings, and other materials we provide remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them in your own business. It does not transfer ownership, and it does not permit resale or redistribution.
11. Education and results disclaimer
The Service is educational and informational. It teaches systems, workflows, and frameworks for building AI-powered businesses. It is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and we do not provide any professional advisory service through it.
We do not guarantee any specific result, income, revenue, or business outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, market, and factors outside our control. Any examples, case studies, or figures shared inside the incubator illustrate what others have done and are not a promise that you will achieve the same.
12. Third-party services and tools
The Service references and integrates with third-party tools and platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their availability, pricing, terms, or outputs. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms.
13. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to keep the Service available and to improve it continuously, which means features, content, and session schedules may change. We may add, modify, or retire parts of the Service. If we make a change that materially reduces what you receive on your tier, we will tell you and you may cancel as described in section 5.
14. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and refund any period you have paid for but will not receive.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute — except where the consumer law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will give you notice by email or in the member area. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
