Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MR.TC AI Mastermind ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit mrtc.me or purchase a membership. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the service.
1. Who we are
MR.TC AI Mastermind operates the website at mrtc.me and provides paid memberships to an AI business incubator — including business guides, coaching sessions, automation resources, and a private member community. For any privacy question, contact us at sup@mrtc.me.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — the name and email address you provide when you create an account or subscribe to email updates.
- Membership and billing information — the plan you selected, your subscription status, and a transaction reference. Card details are collected and stored by our payment provider, not by us; we never see or store your full card number.
- Payment and tax data — limited billing details such as the country associated with your payment method, where required for tax and invoicing.
- Usage and device data — pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and referring links. This is standard analytics and security logging.
- Communications — messages you send us by email, including support requests.
3. How we use your information
- To create and manage your membership and give you access to the content and community you paid for.
- To process payments, manage renewals, cancellations, and refunds, and issue invoices.
- To send service messages such as receipts, access details, and important changes.
- To send optional newsletters and product updates — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- To protect the service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
- To understand which content is useful so we can improve it.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where required by law, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the membership you purchased), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and improving the service), consent (optional marketing emails, which you may withdraw at any time), and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements).
5. Payments and our Merchant of Record
Payments for memberships are processed by Creem, acting as Merchant of Record for these transactions. Creem handles card processing, billing, applicable taxes, and receipts. When you subscribe, the payment and billing information you submit is provided to Creem and is governed by Creem's own privacy policy and terms in addition to this policy.
6. Service providers we share data with
We share personal data only with providers that help us run the service, and only as much as they need:
- Payment processing — Creem (Merchant of Record, billing, tax).
- Hosting and content platform — our membership site and email infrastructure provider.
- Email delivery — transactional and newsletter email delivery providers.
- Analytics — privacy-respecting usage measurement.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
7. Cookies and local storage
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to process checkout securely. We may also use a small amount of local storage for preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but signing in and purchasing will not work without the strictly necessary ones.
8. How long we keep data
We keep account and membership records for as long as your account is active, and after that only as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Support emails are kept for a reasonable period so we can help you consistently. Analytics data is kept in aggregate or is deleted once it is no longer useful.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing. To exercise any of these rights, email sup@mrtc.me. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
11. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to member data is limited to those who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to notify you where required if a breach affects you.
12. Children
The service is intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify members by email or in the member area.
